• the area proposed for designation as a neighbourhood area is appropriate, and;
• the body making the neighbourhood area application (Burneside Parish Council) is the appropriate body to represent the proposed neighbourhood area.
I am writing to confirm that the Authority is content with the above application. We look forward to working with you as the draft Neighbourhood Plan progresses, and are happy with the Council being the lead authority in this instance.
