We support the proposed residential allocation Croftlands and consider that the land allocations DPD is sound in that it is justified, effective and consistent with national policy. The allocation is in a sustainable location and is supported by the evidence base. We confirm that our client is willing to work with neighbours to bring the land forward for development.
