Thank you for consulting the Environment Agency on the above Land Allocations Development Plan Document details of which were received on 1 March 2012.
We have reviewed the Development Plan Document and considers that the document complies with the ‘soundness’ test as required by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
