This site is in the ownership of Lanbro Developments Limited and forms and extension to an existing industrial estate that was developed over the years. The plan also shows as EEA12 an existing employment site, part of which constitutes a planning permission which has been commenced by a number of operations but most notably by the planting of the strategic landscaping scheme that was submitted as part of the application for the recent extensions to the site.
The land is therefore in the hands of experienced industrial land developers and strategic
landscaping has already been implemented on the Eastern and, therefore, more elevated parts of the site.
The owners are happy to agree to the requirement to produce a Transport Statement along with any development proposals.
