I have noted from the website that there have been not responses to the site R108 during this Publication Stage.
In our last telephone conversation we discussed the deliverability of the site and the potential for development. The site is in the ownership of two parties, my clients own the larger portion of the site and the smaller portion of the site (formally site allocation reference R580) is owned by Mr P Fishwick who is represented by Michael C L Hodgson.
I am writing on behalf of both parties to confirm that they are in favour of developing the site and there is interest from houding development companies.
