Site R675: site East of Station Road and North of Sheernest Lane, Holme
Mr Burrow is the owner of the land edged in blue on the attached plan which forms part of our allocation reference R675M-mod. We are writing to confirm that he is happy for this land to be brought forward for residential development as part of this allocation.
Mr Burrow also owns further land adjacent to this site, edged green on the plan, over which
alternative access to the site can be provided if it were found to be necessary.
