Please explain your reasons
Exposed area building North of Sycamore Close would be excessively obtrusive. Endmoor should remain a village not a sprawling mass of housing which it would become with these proposals. Also there is an inadequacy of sewage arrangements, an inadequate water supply and aged overhead power lines. Please be aware of perceived problems with local school and the number of pupils travelling out of the village to other primary schools.
I am strongly opposed to development South of Dove Nest Lane – R670, because of extra traffic
on the narrow road leading to Kaker Mill and intruding into countryside.
Notes on the map that has been provided
Brownfield sites should be allocated before open countryside therefore please consider the site on Gatebeck Lane where there was an application to build a crematorium.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where?
Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
