this area is regarded as a GREEN LUNG in the centre of the village. It is agricultural land and has supported horses, sheep and cattle over the years. The owners have made ceased to use it as was intented in order use it as a loop hole and reclassify it as non agricultural as the field is on quite a steep slope the water runoff after heavy rainfall has been known to flood the gardens fronting the field and cause the drains on the road Dove Nest Lane/Low Cottages/Weston Houses to overflow. The few extra houses that have been built in the village in recent years are already putting strain on the small sewage system that we have in Endmoor. Any more building would totally overwhelm the sewage works, no more capacity, ie no build oveeer restriction on the current sewer to north of site. Access would be a major problem, both to gatebeck road and along birchfield itself. There would also be safety problems because the narrow roadway would prevent access by emergency vehicles. This area used to be a guarry so it is possible that once distrubed areas of land have the potential to collapse. All in all considering all the other sites proposed in endmoor this has the least potential and would not be cost effective
Notes on the map that has been provided
no access to maps but potential areas around endmoor,
fishing tarn filed gatebeck rouad, could contribute to community life and culture, could be linkd to village, givens space to infill from gatebeck road to gatebeck lane for new housing development
no adverse visual impact, matches existing ribbon development on gatebeck road.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
i think that this area should be kept as a green community area. Ideas include allotments, planting apple orchards. To cram 18 houses in this field would be a disaster as there simply is not enough space and will affect all the surrounding houses, the visual impact would be awlful and affect peoples mental health, too crammed, no space, less natural light available to potential buyers and existing home owners.

the man access point enyeat to woodside then immediately to a65 is already a dangerous junction
access point to site is a dangerous cross road enyeat/dovenest road/unnamed lane
this lane would turn into a rat run, more danger!
any alternative from A65 to southern end of site not feasible
site RN119 was reject from LACD because of the adverse visual impact development it would have
such impact would be worse if R670 were to be development therefore precedent has already been set

this area has already been a site for future residential development so this would be a good place to build a small number of houses but only for local occupancy, it would need to be built to blend with the area, time to build some eco friendly houses, smaller and affordable.
