Please explain your reasons
1) Invasion of Privacy - Any buildings built on site R150M would directly overlook my bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and garden.
2) Restriction of light -Due to the steep rise in the land behind my house any new buildings would block out my light. The ground floor of any new building would look directly into my bathroom and bedroom.
3)Loss of view - The outlook from my house will be a housing estate, not the view I have now.
4) Conjestion - Building 240 homes on site R150M will mean 400plus cars on an already conjested estate.
5) Safety - Risk from increased traffic to everyone on the current estate. The roads are already blocked by parked cars.
6) Drainage and Sewage capacity - from 240 homes will overload the already inadequate system. The road at the bottom of the hill collapses every year due to poor drainage.
7)Noise - The noise level from 240 homes, builders, cars, dogs, people will be unbearable.
8) Unsuitable position - The proposed housing is too near the Golf driving range. ( Golf balls land in my garden where I am.)The land is too steep to build on, and too near the railway line.
9)Access - There is no easy access to the proposed site. It is unsuitable.
