Please explain your reasons
I believe that Bowston is already big enough; it is a small hamlet, with no significant local employment requiring houses. There are no services in the hamlet; schools, shops etc are all in Burneside. It would be much better to build new houses, particularly "affordable" houses, in Kendal, or even Burneside, where the jobs and services are.
