This proposal encroaches onto open fellside, thus affecting the views from Hampsfell. This will be a loss of open fell view ammenity from the road.

Please explain your reasons
This space together with the adjacent playing fields froms an important open Green Space dividing Grange and Kents Bank to the delight of locals and visitors. Should the site be developed the trees on the west boundary would probalby be trimmed and felled over time and the playing fields would not be suffiently large an area to convey the sense of open space.
