Please explain your reasons
1. Need for an uncluttered visual approach to Kendal from the A6, on this impressionable route from the South for visitors, and daily commuters. The approaches to Kendal are an important flag-ship for the town, and should introduce its attractive character. I think an industrial estate, with its multi signs, would seriously degrade the atraction when driving through this rural end of Kendal.
2. The potential effect on property devaluation at the south end of Bellingham Road.
3. The possibility of a single story day centre, set back from the road, with views east over the river.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
Moving health centres / day centres to the edge of town could bring easier parking for patients, and help reduce town-traffic congestion.
