Please explain your reasons
1: The building of more houses would add to what is already a very busy road due to the amount of houses already on Valley Drive and the Heron Hill area. Also Valley drive seems to be used as a bypass to avoid the town centre.
2: The land in question floods very easily after light or heavy rain, which it does on a regular basis. It is still flooded at the moment.
3: The 3 cul-de-sacs in question for opening through on to the site are not wide enough and suitable for the amount of traffic which would go through them every day. Most houses have between 1 and 2 cars parked either on drives or on the road side making access difficult.
