Notes on the map that has been provided
Firstly I would like the council to confirm why this has been designated as a public accessible open space when it is not and never has been.

The site reference refers to two pieces of land when this is actually one field(one piece of land). I would like to propose this land for development taking into account the following comments:-

The land is infill to the surrounding area.
The Allithwaite Steering Group identified this site as one that could be developed.
This land is isolated and away from the farm and therefore has limited use and viability.
Would suit traditional village type housing.

If this was to be looked at as a proposed site we would like to see a village green area incorporated to maintain a view to the church.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
I dont feel that there is sufficient off road parking available in the village.
To ease the congestion of vehicles parked on the road I would suggest the use of the parish field ref: RN74 & ON18 for resident permit parking and designate a temporary timed drop/pick up zone around the primary school access area.
