[1] Poor access to site as narrow lane and already mulki access development opposeite with excessive number of properties on site
[2] Insufficent drainage [ road already floods repeated in winter time due to water table being effected by in approrpriate development in St marks Fold]
[3] sufficent housing in village [with usold properties] and development will urbanise village loaction
[4] Land was gifted to present owners by people of village as a public amenity and not for sale as a housing devlopment
