Please explain your reasons
We strongly object to the proposed development on the land at the rear of Hayclose Crescent for the following reasons:
The increase in traffic from a proposed development would be dangerous on already congested roads which are currently inadequate for present usage and not suitable for any increase in traffic.
The land is steeply sloping and any development would overlook existing houses severely impacting on residents' quality of life, there is also the concern about drainage.
The importance of keeping some open green space should not be overlooked.
