I feel Greenside Road would not support extra traffic created by this development, that any housing could not be made affordable for local buyers and site will have huge problems with drainage and water runoff.

Greenside Road has 7.5T limit which is frequently ignored by tankers, arctic's and bin wagons on the way to and from the industrial units at the moment. Also as the site is on the edge of the National Park it will have a negative visual impact from the surrounding hills.

Greenside Road has a 7.5T limit on it and can not support the heavy wagons needed for the site.Access to the site would be via steep hills which are regularly closed in winter due to ice and snow. The issue of fly tipping in the surrounding area due to it's rural location is also a concern.
