I believe that the main access point to the proposed site will be made off Kendal Parks Road. This will have a significant impact on road safety and an unacceptable increase of traffic outside of my property, and to the road itself. The subsectioned area of R117 is usually waterlogged land and there may be a natural spring in R596. The land is too steep and the integrity of the railway embankment could be put to risk. The Kendal Parks Estate would be over developed with serious loss of privacy to adjacent properties and detrimental affect to the quality of landscape value.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where?
Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
The childrens play area in PS257 / PS225 could do with improving. 1 slide, 1 swing and 1 rocking type thing is pretty poor when it is located between two housing estates.

The land is too steep and the integrity of the embankment would be at risk. There is the threat of an adverse impact to the water quality of the nearby stream that feeds the River Kent. There would be a serious loss of privacy to adjacent properties.
