Poor visibility exiting Fell Close (especially when turning south)development would increase risk of accidents. Loss of bat feeding area. We see them regularly on fine summer evenings. Concerned about flooding as underground streams used to feed a reservoir for Natland which was sited on the Western side of Fell Close in what is now our gardens. The stream/streams can be seen emerging opposite our houses on the western side of the railway line and when there are heavy downpours flooding occurs. There have also been environmental problems associated with the streams as several houses in the area have septic tanks. If there is run off from this and the other proposed sites in the area our gardens are in danger of being flooded.

Exiting Fell Close onto A65 has poor visibility. Development would increase the chance of accidents.Underground streams used to feed a reservoir for Natland which was sited where the houses on the west side of Fell Close are now.The stream/streams can now be seen emerging on the western side of the railway line and flooding occurs when there is heavy rain. There have also been environmental issues because several houses in the area have septic tanks. Water run off, if this and/or other sites in the area are developed could potentially cause our gardens to flood.
