Please explain your reasons
A home owner backing onto open green belt space to railway. On purchasing house we were told NO building could take place at the rear or to the side of our property, you appear to be changing your minds. Even if this development went ahead, even a reduced number from the planned 240 houses, gives access problems, density problems, loss of privacy problems with bedroom windows being overlooked simply should not be allowed planning permission as a reult. there are no supporting amenities, no parking, no recreation spaces for the current population, this just compounds the problem. Surely there is better land to build houses, rather than on steep slopes that designers know only brings damp and access issues in the longer term.

this planning application cannot go ahead. i was refused a small Juliet balcony overlooking the open green fields, I would oppose ANY planning on the fact that I was not allowed this, so why can you build and over look my property?

Simply a bemused house owner on Hayclose Crescent

Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
Parking is a real issues. Cars park on both sides of the road, in opposite directions, emergency vehicle access will some time in the future wil need to address this.
