Please explain your reasons
This highly elevated greenfield site in my view is unsuitable for the number of houses proposed. Penny Bridge is already over-subscribed in terms of vehicular traffic, notably at school times and ironically, as this site is property of the Diocese, during Church services. There exists an underused commercial site in Greenodd which suggests no interest in development for further employment in this area.
