Site R121M as alot of flooding into the gardens of Oaktree Road if you do Build on this site you will be causing more flooding which could cause alot of expense to the people of Kendal such as insurance claims. The Site you Propose to build on who is going to pay for draining the land of water and making it safe for houses to be built on? The Lanscape will be lost with loss of wildlife and the Protected Newt which sometimes I find in my Garden at Oaktree Road.

I think Building of Houses should now be built a few miles away on the Outskirts of Kendal with careful planning. Remember we are a tourist town not industrial Town we cannot survive without Tourist do we put of the Tourist comming here with this green belt lands around Kendal being proposed to be built on. We cannot compete with Leeds and Manchester on the Industrial Front.
