Hall Park is already a large estate relative to the rest of Burneside, over 100 dwellings (a large proportion of which are rented). To extend this site by over 70 as suggested would almost double the estate. This would have a huge impact on the local infrastructure. The main problems being a. flooding b. sewage c. increased traffic and as a result, air pollution d. social balance and identity of the existing village would be jepodised.

Locally known as the Willinck Field- bequeathed to the village for recreational use and should remain as such. Infrastructure and traffic problems are also a concern

Houses here would extend the boundary of the village of Bowston towards Burneside, leading to a coalrscence of the villages. Also, infrastructure and traffic problems would be added to.

Massive housing development here (225 houses) would have an enormous impact on infrastructure, especially causing traffic congestion and air pollution. It further erodes the Green Space between Kendal and Burneside.
