Please explain your reasons
To build on this site would go against the ribbon agreement and shorten the distance between Bowston and Burneside.
I am also uncomfortable that this agricultural land site has been put forward by the landowner for profit rather than by reasoned debate or consideration of the local needs.
To build this many houses would completely destroy the hamlet's character which is why I and many people choose to live here, and also would create a social imbalance. The field floods, there are no amenities, the sewerage system would not support an increase and parking in Bowston is already a problem.
All in all a very ill considered proposal I strongly object.
