Consider discussing with bowling club, located at R670 - South of Dove Nest Lane, the possibility of relocation to a newly created facility at M41M - North of Sycamore. The old bowling green site could then offer improved access to open up R670 or be used to alleviate the current parking problems in Enyeat Road Area. Provision of new bowling club facility at M41M North of Sycamore (or North of School) could have improved access, parking and would "soften" the edge of the existing Sycamore development (potentially with low rise homes surrounding the bowling area)as suggested in the development plan and retain the Green Belt between Low Park and Endmoor as also mentioned in the development plan. A network of walk and cycle paths between Low Park, M41M , North of School and around the Tarn area would conserve and enhance the natural boundary to the North of the village and increase community cohesion.
High rise development of M41M North of Sycamore would have a more detrimental visual impact on the village than the previously proposed wind turbines.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
