Please explain your reasons
Oppose of building North of High Sparrowmire. Always floods, sometimes approx 3ft deep, therefore will have a detrimental effect on nearby housing. Sewer capacity issues, Hallgarth has seen a major increase of drain problems and flooding since the Acre Moss site was built,(Marsh land) i.e house floods on Low garth and water backing up through the drainage system. (Individuals have owned properties on Hallgarth for many years prior to the build, and never seen such problems).
For any further development in and around the Hallgarth area the sewer/drainage capacity needs to be reviewed.
North of high Sparrowmire is outside of the Kendal boundary, Surely it is essential to fill in the gaps within the kendal boundary first.
On a completley different note, for the local residents, who have enjoyed an unspoilt view of the lake district national park for many years this would be devastating.

Further to my previous response.....
This will have a visual impact to the national park, which is adjacent to R46
We are creating Urban Sprawl by building on an area that was given the green gap/belt status.
Build on brown sites rather than spill over onto green space.
Look at area's that are close to Amentities.(supermarkets etc)
Having spoken to many individuals on Hallgarth, their belief was when they bought their council homes, these green belt area's would be protected.
