Please explain your reasons
I wish to object strongly to the proposal to build houses on the fields behind Hayclose Crescent (Plot R150M) for the following reasons:
The land is extremely steep and existing houses will be overlooked and suffer a huge loss of privacy.
Children play on the hill on the crescent leading to the fields. Increased traffic will pose a serious threat to their safety.
Many residents chose to live here because of the green area behind the houses which will be lost for ever.
Heron Hill school is often oversubscribed.More houses means that more children will have to travel across town by car or bus.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where?
Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
I am happy with existing facilities
