Please explain your reasons
Building on these sites will extend the boundary of the village, which has increased considerably over the last 10 years. Also Pear Tree Park, Phase 3 has not been completed yet after almost 6 years
disruption (visual and noise)and there is no sign of the builder completing yet.The new members of the community need time to integrate with the old before any further major development takes place.
Development in this area will lead to further noise and visual disturbance.
If any new development is to take place, I would ask that it is ensured that proper controls are put
on building times, deadlines, dumping of materials (especially before and after the main building work takes place)and general consideration to properties on the boundarise of the development to minimise nuisance. As a resident who has lived on the boundaries of the Pear Tree Park Phase 3 development for six years,it is evident that no such controls were in place and this has led to 6 years of disruption.
