Please explain your reasons
Cartmel needs to be able to expand to remain viable as a working and living village by keeping its schools, doctors, shops and associated infrastructure.
This site is large and well screened by housing and a school and preferable to other sites in the area.
I am the owner of the site and would be prepared to have it sympathetically developed and have already had interest expressed by local reputable developers.
