Please explain your reasons
The fields which make up area M41, M41M and R660 are very exposed and visible from a number of local hills, especially Warth Hill and Scout Hill and any building in this area will stick out like a 'sore thumb'. You will ruin an open and pleasant area of land and especially take away the ambience of a walk along the footpath at the northern boundary of the area. Endmoor is a village and not a sprawling mass of houses which it would become with these proposals. Other much less damaging options are available, see below. Other issues pertaining to this area include the inadequacy of sewage arrangements, the inadequate water supply (bursts occur regularly - 6 last year), and frequent power cuts due to the old overhead line infrastructure which is life expired.
Notes on the map that has been provided
I would urge you to reconsider your proposals for North of Endmoor by moving your allocation M41, M41M and R660 to the west of the current proposal to encompass the area around the fishing tarn GR SD543856. I would also point out that a local Brownfield site GR SD545858 (where there was a recent application to site a crematorium) has not been allocated. Brownfield sites should always be allocated before open countryside. You don't need me to send a map, just use the grid references I have quoted.
Do you think that your area needs new or improved community facilities? If so, what sort of facilities and where? Please explain the types of improved and/or new community facilities your community may need in the next 15 years
