Please explain your reasons
I am oppose to the proposed development for this site for the following reasons:-
- the site is visually valuable and development will seriously impact upon this landscape
- development will mean loss of valuable allotment land that is already is short supply in Kendal
- traffic flow will be increase along CAstle Green Close
- Wildlife and biodiveristy will be seriously affected
- development will mean loss of green space
- the topography of the site will mean any development will be very prominent
- access to the site is questionable and could negatively impact on existing residents of Castle Green Close and CG Lane
- there are other sites with less negative reasons for developments in Kendal
