Heron Corn Mill opened to the public in July 1975 by Princess Alexandra after its first restoration.
To commemorate the occasion, a yew tree was planted in the grounds. Now 50 years from opening, we are celebrating with a special family-focused day, with a whole range of activities related to the mill.
FREE ENTRY!
Have-a-go at various rural crafts, special tours of the mill, a minecraft station, den-building, campfire-pit, and our giant Heron!
Fresh bread and cakes to buy!
